We can I say, I LOVE marshmallows (gelatin free of course). With the success of our S'mores and Birthday Cake cookies. I couldn't let the creativity be limited to just those cookies that have marshmallows. Much like the official 'Gimme Some More' music video by Busta Rhymes. You can tell where I was going with the name. I'd best describe this cookie as remixed S'mores and Birthday Cake meets a hot chocolate brownie. Tell me if I'm wrong in the reviews.
