There's no argument that Jamaica produces some of (if not) the BEST coffee in the world and considering Jamaica's influence on Hip-Hop from its inception in the 80s. This pairing of our classic Chocolate Chip cookie was inevitable. So when I took a trip to Jamaica at the top of the year, I had to get my hands on some Jablum Blue Mountain coffee. The savoury aroma of 100% roasted and ground coffee beans is sure to bring even the novice coffee lover to a pause and realize they're about to experience something magical. Coffee has always been known to enhance the flavour profile of chocolate. This combined with our unsweetened chocolate chunks serves up an undeniable rush of euphoric cookie bliss.
