Shipping policy

Order Processing

Your order will be processed and filled within 1-3 business days after receiving payment and verification for your order.  Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment and processing. 

 

Pickups

You can expect a 24-48 hour turnaround time for pickup orders. You will receive an email with a pickup day and time. 

 

Shipping

Currently we only ship to Canada and the US. Deliveries are only made during weekdays only.

*Please note that due to COVID-19, our courier cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Canada Shipping: approx. 2 to 3 business days once fulfillment is complete.  Covid delays may impact delivery schedule.

USA Shipping: approx. 2 to 3 business days once fulfillment is complete.  Covid delays may impact delivery schedule.

NOTE: Shipments to USA may incur additional customs fees, duties or taxes. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for any of these fees. 

Order Never Arrived

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to notify us at acookiecalledquest@gmail.com. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however you will incur the shipping costs and fees for a new order. If the shipping information was correct, please notify us with your order number at acookiecalledquest@gmail.com. 

Payment

We accept most major methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay and PayPal. All payments are transferred with secure processing and encryption technologies. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that do not meet our fraud prevention standards.
